Day 72: San Diego Botanical Garden

Any one who knows me well, knows how intense I am about my adventures. Even after a late night out in San Diego, and a late Coaster ride home to Oceanside (and let’s not forget that 3 am was really my East Coast clock’s 6 am), I was reluctant to sleep in and waste a single day in California. And so, before afternoon had really even gained hold over the day, Joe and I were combing the surrounding area in search of an adequate destination while Arianne was away at work. The questionable weather only proved to heighten our luck, significantly reducing the admission price while failing to scare off the musicians perched under the gazebo. Before I launch into a full entry, I’ll cut myself off in favor of another one of the many charming photos captured that day. The rest of the photos can be found in my entry California Trip Day Two.
